BDA Building Co prides our self on ensuring there are NO hidden charges. We go through a very detailed quote process and provide you with a detailed outline of all inclusions and exclusions so there are no surprises throughout the build.

BDA Building Co ensures that they provide the highest quality of work. Having a site supervisor onsite every working day ensures that you can be confident that we are working for you the homeowner.

Larger building companies have several builds running at once and can’t dedicate their time to the projects as required, and may have many site contacts for each stage of the build. At BDA you will only have one site supervisor on your project from start to finish.

Manage the Whole Process

We can design and construct your project, we will lodge the plans with the council with all relevant paperwork for approval.

Or if you already have your design and your plans we are happy to build your design off your plans. All engineering will be provided and Home Owners Warranty. All building works are certified by building inspectors either via council or a private certifier.
